Let the inner child come out and play
Ive reached that point in life where the old man is starting to creep in. First the grey hair started, then an injury slowed me up for a while, the whole Covid thing added to my sedentary progression and most recently my aging body is staring to complain about the things it never did in the past. Why do we do this car thing?
As I age I find myself being a bit more self aware and reflecting on my life. With less road ahead of me than behind me, I think its important to stop and look around so you are happy with the direction you are going. Call it a mid life crisis perhaps, or if not critical in nature, it's at least a mid life assessment. This has brought me to the subject of today's blog entry... why do we do this car thing? Working with a legend.
When I started Carchaeology my goal has been to do things that put me around amazing cars. I certainly have done that my whole life, but as I have thrown caution to the wind and decided to truly do what I love, with hopes that the money will follow, I have proven truth to that philosophy.
